What is in a pack?

Every pack is mixed in black, white and grey. Packs come in 6, 12 and 24 pairs.

What is the difference between Low and Crew?

COTZA Low sits just below the ankle. COTZA Crew is a longer ribbed sock that sits above the ankle.

What are COTZA socks made of?

80% cotton and 20% Lycra — premium Egyptian cotton for softness, with Lycra for stretch and a secure fit.

What sizes are available?

One size that fits EU 35–45.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery — you pay the courier when your order arrives. We'll contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order before shipping.

How long does delivery take?

2–5 days anywhere in Egypt. Shipping is free on orders of 24 pairs or more. See all rates on Shipping & Returns.

How do I care for my socks?

• Machine wash at 30–40°C, inside out, with similar colours.
• Wash whites separately from black for the first few washes.
• Use a mild detergent. No bleach or fabric softener — they weaken the fibres and the stretch.
• Air dry, or tumble dry on low heat. High heat damages the Lycra.
• Do not iron.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes — unopened packs within 14 days, and damaged or incorrect items within 30 days. See Shipping & Returns.
