Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges — within 14 days

You can exchange any pack for a different style (Ankle or Half) or pack size within 14 days of delivery, provided the pack is unopened and in its original packaging.

Returns & refunds — within 14 days

You can return any unopened pack in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items — within 30 days

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including all shipping costs.

Items we can't accept

For hygiene reasons, socks that have been opened, worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Message us on WhatsApp: 01096156319 or email cotzasocks9@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo.
  3. We'll reply within 48 hours with the next steps and arrange collection.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Card payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by mobile wallet, InstaPay or bank transfer.
  • For standard returns and exchanges, shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the mistake is ours, we cover every cost.
